GI Construction is a Conway-based LLC owned by Ismael Hernandez. The work is specific: running conduit and pipe underground for power, gas, water, fiber optic, and drainage, and keeping existing underground lines in working order.
Underground work is unforgiving. Hit an unmarked line and a street loses service; skimp on bedding or backfill and the trench sinks the next time it rains. So we locate through SC 811 before every job, build to the depth and slope each line calls for, and compact the backfill in layers.
We keep long hours on purpose, seven days a week, because builders and homeowners on the Grand Strand don't all work Monday to Friday. When you call, you talk to the people who will actually be on your site.
